Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after successful payment verification.
  • Ready-to-ship items are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order, customized, or personalized jewelry may require 7–21 business days for production before shipment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across India on eligible orders.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
  • For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

We strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Orders within major cities are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to other cities and towns generally take 3–7 business days, while remote locations may require 5–10 business days. International orders, where available, may take approximately 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

Secure Packaging

Every Evershine Diamond order is carefully packaged in secure, tamper-evident packaging to ensure safe delivery. Jewelry products are delivered in premium jewelry boxes that are ideal for gifting and long-term storage. Additional security measures may be applied to high-value shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including a valid delivery address and contact number. For security purposes, certain high-value orders may require identity verification or a signature at the time of delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed after several attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or contains missing items, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with the investigation, customers may be asked to provide photographs of the package and product along with their order details.
