Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may request a refund for eligible products within 7 days of receiving the order. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition, including all packaging, certificates, invoices, and accessories provided with the purchase.
Products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or modification by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Customized or personalized jewelry.
- Made-to-order products.
- Engraved items.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.
Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, customers must contact our support team within the eligible return period and provide their order number along with the reason for the refund request.
Once the request is received, our team will review the details and provide instructions for returning the product if applicable.
Inspection and Approval
After receiving the returned item, Evershine Diamond will inspect the product to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund. We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund request after the inspection is completed.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, delivery fees, gift-wrapping fees, and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong product or a defective item.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Customers may be asked to provide photographs and relevant order details for verification. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return and refund conditions outlined in this policy.
Customized, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Refund Processing Time
After approval and successful receipt of the returned product, refunds are generally processed within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
